Vicki Conley
Account Executive

Vicki Conley has been licensed in Life & Health since 2002 and Property & Casualty since 2006. She managed a successful agency in Northern Nevada until joining Leeds & York. Her specialty is in health, employee benefits and workers compensation but is proficient in all lines of insurance.


Elton Davies
Account Executive
Elton began his insurance career in political risk insurance, where he coordinated the programs of the Foreign Credit Insurance Association and the Export/Import Bank of the United States

Over the past 20 years, Elton has been an insurance producer, educator and a School Director offering insurance pre-licensing and continuing education courses in Nevada. 

He is a licensed Producer in Nevada for all lines of insurance. His primary focus at Leeds & York is the development, facilitation and management of Strategic Marketing Alliances.


Steven Singer
Account Executive

Steven Singer has been a fixture in the insurance industry in Las Vegas for the past 38 years. He has owned one of the largest agencies in the state. He has written coverage for municipalities including the state, county, city governments. He helped establish the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce's health and business programs. His expertise is a valuable asset for Leeds & York.


Roxann Romero
Account Manager

Roxann is a licensed Property/Casualty agent. In this position, Roxann is responsible for servicing accounts and providing needed assistance to clients. With more than 8 years of experience in the insurance industry, Roxann is able to effectively help clients receive the service and guidance they need. Roxann received her Associates degree in Business from Trinidad State Junior College.


David Bradley
Account Manager

David holds a Property & Casualty producer's license in all 50 states. He joins Leeds & York after serving with the nation¹s largest Medical Malpractice Liability carrier, supervising their customer service team.  David brings over ten years of customer service experience to our organization. David is the primary customer service contact for all medical professional liability policies.


Angie Brown
Account Manager

Angie is a licensed Property/Casualty and Surety agent. Angie also brings her past customer service representative expertise to Leeds & York. Her primary responsibility is customer service and is responsible for preparing all Requests For Proposals, marketing, placing new and renewal business, completing policy renewal analyses, maintaining client files, and handling ongoing day-to-day issues.


Ben Woodbury
Account Manager

Ben Woodbury proudly served our country for eight years as a Cavalry Scout in the United States Army and, upon his honorable discharge, chose Las Vegas to begin his career as a licensed insurance agent. During his decade-long affiliation with Leavitt Insurance Agency, one of the largest independent insurance brokerage firms in the country, Ben has worked diligently to protect and preserve his clients' valuable assets through risk management and cost-saving programs. As a consistent high-level producer, Ben has been repeatedly honored with achievement awards throughout his career - including Million Dollar Producer in 2003, 2004 and 2009. Former co-founder of Runyon and Woodbury Insurance Services, Ben's overriding ability to make his clients' best interest his top priority has garnered him a loyal client following. Ben's old-fashioned personalized service, combined with a nimble and innovative approach to asset management in today's ever-changing business climate, is an invaluable asset that he brings to Leeds and York.
